Todd Kerska is Executive Vice President and Cashier. His responsibilities are broad and include overseeing operations and treasury management services. Todd is a graduate of Upper Iowa University and has 25 years of banking experience. He also completed the Graduate School of Banking in Operations and Technology at Vanderbilt University, Iowa Bankers Association Compliance School, Integrity Integrated Leadership Development Program, and Slingshot 25’s “The Change Course.” He previously served as Chief Financial Officer for eight years at Guaranty Bank prior to its merge with CRBT in 2017.

Todd is active throughout the community as a United Way and Salvation Army volunteer. He also served as Treasurer for Cedar Rapids Library Foundation Board and the Wheelchair Ramp Accessibility Program.

Pauline Herb serves as First Vice President of Treasury Management. She brings over 20 years of banking experience, specializing in the sales and service of treasury management solutions. Pauline oversees every aspect of her commercial clients' deposit accounts to ensure all their needs are met. Attention to detail and a strong commitment toward quality service, make her a valuable resource to her clients and the bank.

Pauline is active in the community, volunteering her time on the boards of Big Brothers Big Sisters and Cedar Rapids AniMeals. She also serves as the co-coordinator for the bank's March of Dimes campaign and Big Brothers Big Sisters fundraiser.

Amanda Opfer serves as Vice President of Treasury Management and has been with Cedar Rapids Bank & Trust since 2010. She helps drive new treasury management business to provide new and existing clients with comprehensive solutions for their business needs. Amanda is recognized as an Accredited ACH Professional (AAP), an elite group of highly-skilled professionals who are known for their electronic payments expertise and who have a strong competitive edge in functioning as effective partners in their business and financial arenas. Amanda received her B.A. from Wartburg College and is a graduate of the Iowa School of Banking.

Amanda is actively involved in the community serving as a member of the Four Oaks Emerging Leaders Council, treasurer for the Central City Historical Society, and classroom volunteer for Junior Achievement. She also serves on multiple committees at United Parish Church and is currently board president.

Jen Welton serves as Vice President of Treasury Management and Business Development. She is a graduate of Mount Mercy and brings over 20 years of banking experience. With an extensive background in retail, commercial lending, and treasury management, Jen can help create comprehensive solutions for clients. Her grasp of banking and financial solutions, along with her meticulous attention to client service, make her a valued and trusted banker to her clients and the bank.

Jen is active in the Corridor, volunteering her time to a wide variety of organizations. She currently serves as board member of Indian Creek Nature Center and Rotary Club of Cedar Rapids. She also serves on the Greater Cedar Rapids Community Foundation finance committee and United Way’s capitol campaign cabinet. She has a passion for economic development and community. Jen served on the founding board of NewBo Market, which was the catalyst for redevelopment of the NewBo District. She is a graduate of Leadership Five Seasons in 2012 and Corridor Business Journal’s Forty under 40 in 2014, Corridor Business Journal’s Women of Influence in 2017, and Mount Mercy University’s Misericordiae Award in 2018.

She joined CRBT in 2017 after its merger with Guaranty Bank & Trust. Liz offers nearly 10 years of banking experience and previously served as Assistant Branch Manager at the Downtown Main Bank. Her grasp of banking and financial solutions, along with her meticulous attention to client service, make her a valued and trusted banker to her clients and the bank.

Liz is active throughout the community as a volunteer at Dogs Forever, where she serves on the foster committee.

Zach Tompkins is the Small Business Specialist for Community Bank and Trust. Zach works with our business clients to ensure they have all the products, services and support needed to operate smoothly. He is also the leader of our partnership banking program which brings the bank to employees of our business clients through exclusive offers and financial education seminars. A resident of the Cedar Valley since 2003, Zach graduated from the University of Northern Iowa and is married with one child. He has 10 years of banking experience and joined the CB&T team in October of 2017.

Zach is active in the community as a member of the Exchange Club of Waterloo and volunteer for Junior Achievement and Habitat for Humanity.

Taylor is active throughout the community, serving on the Greater Cedar Rapids Elderly Consortium Board of Directors and is a Chapter Member of the Delta Eta Alumnae. She previously served on the Horizons Board of Directors. Taylor has also volunteered her time as Chair for the Alzheimer’s Association Walk to End Alzheimer’s, Chair for the Johnson County Livable Community, and a Mentor for Big Brothers Big Sisters.
