Jen Welton serves as Vice President of Treasury Management. She is a graduate of Mount Mercy and brings over 20 years of banking experience. With an extensive background in retail, commercial lending, and treasury management, Jen can help create comprehensive solutions for commercial clients. Her grasp of banking and financial solutions, along with her meticulous attention to client service, make her a valued and trusted banker to her clients and the bank.

Jen is active in the Corridor, volunteering her time to a wide variety of organizations. She currently serves as board president of Indian Creek Nature Center and board member of Indian Creek Nature Center Trustees and the Rotary Club of Cedar Rapids. She has a passion for economic development and community. Jen served on the founding board of NewBo Market, which was the catalyst for redevelopment of the NewBo District and surrounding area. Other organizations she currently volunteers her time for, include, Horizon’s Meals on Wheels, United Way, and WLCG. She currently serves as councilwoman for the fast growing City of Palo. She is a graduate for Leadership of Five Seasons in 2012 and Corridor Business Journal’s Forty under 40 in 2014, Corridor Business Journal’s Woman of Influence in 2017, and Mount Mercy University's Misericordiae Award in 2018.

Josh serves as Senior Vice President of Commercial Banking, is a founding member of the bank’s Professional Practice and ESOP Finance Groups and is the Commercial Real Estate Manager at Cedar Rapids Bank & Trust. He obtained an economics degree from Penn State University, MBA from the University of Iowa, and Wharton Leadership Certificate from the University of Pennsylvania. Josh brings over 27 years of finance and commercial banking experience to the greater Cedar Rapids area. Josh's grasp of banking and financial solutions, along with his meticulous attention to client service, make him a valued and trusted banker to his clients and the bank.

Throughout his career, Josh has been actively involved in the Cedar Rapids community. He currently serves on the Board of Trustees for the National Czech & Slovak Museum & Library (Chair), the Cedar Rapids Economic Alliance’s Community Development Innovation Council, Board of Directors for Horizons: A Family Service Alliance (Past Chair) and is an advisory committee member of Neighborhood Finance Corporation.

In his role as Commercial Banking Officer for Cedar Rapids Bank & Trust, Logan assists in business development and relationship management. Since joining Cedar Rapids Bank & Trust in 2017, Logan has quickly become a valuable and trusted asset to both the bank and its clients. Most recently, he served as Associate Relationship Manager II for CRBT. He obtained his finance degree from the University of Northern Iowa.

Logan is involved in the Cedar Rapids community by participating in the networking group, 'Breakfast of Champions' and dedicating his time to various opportunities throughout Cedar Rapids.

Teresa serves as Business Banking Officer at Cedar Rapids Bank & Trust. Teresa has nearly 30 years of banking experience. As a small business owner herself, Teresa’s grasp of small business needs, along with her passion to provide education, resources, and connections, make her a valued and trusted banker to her clients and the bank.

Teresa is active in the community. She serves on the executive planning committee for the American Heart Association’s Heart Ball. Teresa also serves on the board of 100+ Who Care.

Amanda Opfer serves as Vice President of Treasury Management. A graduate of Wartburg College, Amanda plays a critical role in the oversight of CRBT's online banking and cash management (RDC, ACH, sweep) implementation for its commercial clients. She is recognized as an Accredited ACH Professional (AAP), an elite group of highly-skilled professionals who are recognized for their electronic payments expertise and who have a strong competitive edge in functioning as effective partners in the business and financial arenas. The AAP accreditation is recognized as the gold standard in ACH excellence, which in turn, provides clients with a resource to more effectively manage ACH Network use and enhance their risk management profile. She also serves as a co-administrator for the bank's business credit card portfolio, as well as helps drive new treasury management business to provide existing and new clients with comprehensive solutions for their business needs. Prior to joining CRBT in 2010, Amanda was a senior accountant at Apache Hose & Belting for nearly 10 years.

Amanda is active throughout the community as a Junior Achievement classroom volunteer; board member of Noah’s Ark Childcare & Preschool; and member of the Iowa School of Banking Advisory Board.

As an assistant vice president, investment officer or Cedar Rapids Bank & Trust, Andrew works with clients by managing their investment portfolios, as well as security research and analysis. As a member of the investment group, Andrew works to provide ongoing due diligence of investments, as well as management of our preferred equities and mutual funds. Andrew received his bachelors degree from Augustana College and his MBA from Western Illinois University. In 2019, he earned his designation as a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).

Andrew is active in the community and has volunteered with Junior Achievement, Operation Read, and United Way Day of Caring.

With over 25 years of banking experience within the Corridor, Lori has become a valued asset to both clients and the bank. Prior to joining CRBT in 2017, Lori served as Vice President of Business Banking, as well as Consumer Banking Manager at another local bank. Lori’s vast understanding of banking solutions allows her to collaborate with clients to reach their short- and long-term goals.

Lori is an active volunteer within the community. She currently serves on the Board of Directors and the development committee (Chair) for Trees Forever. Lori also serves on United Way's Women United steering committee and events committee. Previously, Lori served as a member of the Go Red for Women Executive Leadership Team for 10 years and was a team captain for the Especially For you Race Against Breast Cancer.
